1. Introduction

This Shipping Policy explains how Heavy Grooves Records (www.vinyl-pressing.store) handles the shipping of your custom vinyl records. All orders are produced on demand and shipped from our workshop in Saint Zacharie, France.

2. Production & Shipping Timeline

Please note that our products are custom-made to order.

  • Production time: 3 to 5 weeks from order confirmation and design approval.
  • Shipping time (after production is complete): 3 to 15 business days, depending on your destination.

These are estimated times. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to material shortages. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We work with reliable international carriers to ensure safe delivery of your vinyl records:

  • France & Europe: Colissimo, DHL Express, or UPS
  • International (outside Europe): DHL Express or UPS

All shipments are tracked. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our workshop.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • The weight of your order (vinyl records are heavy)
  • Your delivery destination
  • The shipping method selected

You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.

5. International Shipping & Customs Duties

We ship worldwide.

  • For orders outside the European Union, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply upon arrival in your country.
  • These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

6. Delivery Issues

  • Lost packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 14 days with your tracking number.
  • Damaged packages: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us immediately at info@vinyl-pressing.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
