TERMS OF SERVICE – LEGAL NOTICE

1. Introduction These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website www.vinyl-pressing.store (the “Site”) and the purchase of products from Heavy Grooves Records, operated by Cyril Desagneaux, Entrepreneur Individuel, located at Route de Trets, 83640 Saint Zacharie, France (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By placing an order on this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. For more details, please also refer to our Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Products & Made-to-Order Nature All products sold on this Site are custom-made to order. Each vinyl record is manufactured specifically according to your music files and design choices.

  • We do not hold inventory of finished products.
  • Every order is unique and produced only after your confirmation.
  • Because these are personalized items, we do not accept returns or cancellations once production has begun.

3. Ordering Process

  1. You select your product and options.
  2. You upload your music files and artwork.
  3. You receive a design proof for approval (if applicable).
  4. Once you approve the proof, production begins.
  5. You will be notified by email when your order ships.

We reserve the right to refuse any order that contains illegal, offensive, or copyrighted material without proper authorization.

4. Production & Delivery Times

  • Standard production time: 3 to 5 weeks from order confirmation and design approval.
  • Rush orders: Available for an additional fee (see product page).
  • Delivery times after production: 3 to 15 business days depending on destination (see Shipping Policy).

These are estimates only. Delays may occur due to high demand, material shortages, or carrier issues. We will notify you of any significant delays.

5. Pricing & Payment All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT where required. Payment is due in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout.

6. Shipping We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details on carriers, delivery times, and customs duties.

7. Returns & Refunds Important: All products are custom-made to order. Therefore, custom and personalized products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, in accordance with European consumer law (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).

The only exceptions are:

  • Defective products (manufacturing fault)
  • Products damaged during shipping (reported within 14 days of delivery)

In such cases, please contact us at info@vinyl-pressing.com with photos and your order number. We will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of your music and artwork.
  • By uploading files, you confirm that you have the legal right to use them.
  • We reserve the right to use images of finished products for marketing purposes unless you notify us otherwise in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heavy Grooves Records shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of France.
